Miami Criminal Attorney Paul Petruzzi Gets All Charges Dismissed in State of Florida vs. AH Case

The defendant, a supervisor at Miami International Airport, was arrested by Metro-Dade Police Department. As a result of a significant pattern of thefts from commercial aircraft and an anonymous tip, police officers observed the defendant’s co-conspirator loading several bags into his vehicle at Miami International Airport. The bags contained 128 bottles of assorted liquors. The defendant was placed into custody and charged with 2 counts: grand theft and conspiracy to commit grand theft. Each count carried a potential 5-year term of Imprisonment.

As a result of Mr. Petruzzi’s efforts, the State dismissed all charges against the defendant.
